1. Who We Are

Zeus Group ("Zeus Group," "Zeus," "we," "us," or "our") is a California-licensed mortgage broker. CA DRE License #02176952. NMLS #2316811. Our principal place of business is 501 Deep Valley Dr, Suite 202, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274. Zeus Group arranges mortgage financing through third-party lending partners and is not itself a lender, bank, or government agency.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, submit our intake form, or enroll in the Zeus Group SMS Program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mortgagezeus.com, submitting any form, or communicating with Zeus Group via SMS, email, or phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

4. Not a Commitment to Lend

All rates, APRs, payments, savings estimates, program descriptions, and other information on this website are provided for advertising and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a commitment or agreement to lend. Actual loan terms, rates, and eligibility depend on credit history, loan-to-value ratio, debt-to-income ratio, property type, occupancy, documentation, market conditions at the time of lock, and underwriting approval by the applicable lender. Not all applicants will qualify.

5. Zeus Group SMS Program — Text Message Terms

Zeus Group sends text messages only to individuals who have separately and explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our intake form. Submitting a form or providing your phone number does not constitute SMS consent. You can use all Zeus Group services and receive your rate quote without opting in to SMS.

By opting in, you provide prior express written consent for Zeus Group to send you automated text messages about your mortgage inquiry. The following terms apply:

• Message types: Rate quotes and written estimates, loan application status and updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and responses to your inquiries.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and stage of the process.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages from Zeus Group. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or +1 424-424-2452.
• Consent not required: Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of obtaining any loan, credit, product, or service from Zeus Group.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Zeus Group or the wireless carriers.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Information you provide to Zeus Group (including name, phone number, email address, loan details, and financial information) is used to provide mortgage brokerage services and to communicate with you regarding your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with lending partners and third-party service providers as necessary to process your loan application, subject to applicable privacy laws including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. 8. Fair Lending & Equal Housing

Zeus Group is committed to fair lending practices and complies with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Fair Housing Act, and all applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws. 9. Advertising Disclosures

Rate examples on this website use the following scenario unless otherwise noted: $600,000 loan amount, $1,000,000 property value, 780 FICO credit score, 60% LTV, owner-occupied single-family residence in California. Monthly payments shown reflect principal and interest only and exclude taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and prepaid finance charges. Savings comparisons are made against an illustrative market-average rate and are for advertising purposes only. Individual results vary.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on mortgagezeus.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Zeus Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zeus Group's liability to you for any claim arising from use of this website or our services is limited to the amount of fees actually paid by you to Zeus Group in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Zeus Group be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Zeus Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
